The warm and attentive staff made my experience truly unforgettable, always ready to assist with a smile.The hotel's location right on the slopes of Kronplatz allowed easy access to the top ski resort in Italy, perfect for hiking and soaking in the stunning surroundings. Indulging in delicious South Tyrolean cuisine while enjoying the outdoor terrace's panoramic views of Furkel Pass was a highlight of my trip.In summary, my stay at this mountain retreat was nothing short of exceptional.
